What do I do if I forgot or incorrectly typed my password?
We implemented Google single sign on so there is no longer a need to create a password for our app!
How can I submit my feedback on the app, a potential post for an event hosted by my organization or an organization I know, or an event that MDex missed?
There’s a button in the app, the plus button in the center of the bottom bar, which allows you to post an event by an organization, or even post an event which we missed. The chat icon on the bottom bar will allow you to submit feedback through the app. You can also use the Create a Post button in the header to post an event and the above form can be used to contact us with any questions and feedback you have!
Why do I have to use only my umich email?
We are trying to make sure we only have umich students in our app as all the university freebies are marketed towards university students.
How do I access my post notification settings?
There is a notification icon in the top right corner of the app. You can access it when you swipe up to your profile, click the settings icon, and then select the post notifications option.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free.
